What is a Neighborhood Association?

A Neighborhood Association is a voluntary group focused on community building and advocacy. Unlike a Homeowners Association (HOA) which enforces rules and maintains common areas with mandatory membership and dues, Neighborhood Associations are flexible, inclusive, and encourage resident involvement without the strict regulations of HOAs. Chattanooga actually has tons of associations just like ours!
